Presentation & Evaluation:
After presenting I will now look back at the video and pick out my strengths and weaknesses throughout. I personally feel that my presentation had mostly weaknesses as I was nervous which was clear to the audience as my hands were shaking and I stumbled over my words every now and then. Another weakness is my eye-contact, I would often look away from other people and look down or just focus on something else. One strength is that when asked questions about my piece I feel that I understood them all and answered them to the best of my ability trying to explain how my thoughts were processing when thinking of this scene. Overall I feel that I could have improved and if I was to do this again then I would prepare more instead of trying to improvise with what to say. However I am personally proud of myself as I am a person that doesn't particularly enjoy talking in front of crowds but I got up and did my best.
If I was to do the entire project again I feel that I would have used the same idea but I would have used my time better and not put things off until it was too late meaning that I had to rush. With the feedback that I got it seemed that everyone else was pleased with what I did with my comic book from the colour scheme to the storyline.
Scene That I Referenced:
Reference images Used:
From this post I used the reference images that are under the heading of "Page 3"

These are just two of the reference images that I used so that I could understand the human anatomy and get the positioning of my hands perfect with the bends, length and distance. This also helps me with creating a photo realistic drawing which is the art style which I most wanted to re-create. It would have been easier to choose a different art style but I wanted to push my boundaries and try to improve a skill that I am lacking in. However the top picture has issues, the main one being that my whole hand isn't in the shot, my legs are also in the shot and they are facing the wrong way so when referencing this image I had to flip it upside down to be able to reference it. The bottom image also has it's problems with them being too far away from the camera making them difficult to see and my fingers aren't all bent enough as I wanted to be able to see all my fingernails in the image.

I also used this image on my final page during the scene where my teeth are beginning to fall out. Overall I am not happy with this picture as all my teeth aren't showing, my head is tilted back too far showing the underside of my teeth which isn't what I wanted. If I was able to take this picture again then I would and make sure that it was the image that I exactly wanted. The positive of this picture that I wouldn't change is how close up the picture is because this is what I wanted. I wanted the whole scene to be focused on my mouth and I feel that this image does that perfectly.

In this picture I am posing for the final scene on the page where I am fully transformed into a werewolf. The major disadvantage to this reference image is that I was facing the wrong direction and needed to be facing the other way. This made it difficult to reference from as I had to draw this exact position but use my imagination to think of how it would look facing the right way. This reference image was only used for the anatomy/shape of my body as I am in fact not a werewolf and would be impossible to reference that last scene exactly as it is. If i was to change anything about this picture I would move closer to the camera as there is a lot of wasted space, the direction that I am facing and the lighting at the top of the scene makes the picture slightly harder to see. Overall I am disappointed with this picture and if I was to do this again, I would ensure that everything was perfect before taking the image.
